1:12 Scale Collection:
Our 1:12 scale items (approximately 1 inch = 1 foot) are perfectly proportioned for classic dollhouses and boutique miniature figures. They serve as an enchanting setting for OB11 (Obitsu 11) bodies, Maileg mice, and Sylvanian Families (Calico Critters). Additionally, they are the gold standard for creating realistic display environments for premium 6-inch action figures, including Figma, S.H. Figuarts, and Mezco One:12 collectibles.
Shipping & Logistics
The Tax-Free (DDP) Process
99% of our deliveries are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We handle destination customs and import taxes upfront. Goods enter a local warehouse and are delivered directly to your door via local courier—meaning zero hidden fees upon arrival.
*Please note: With the exception of certain remote areas (such as Hawaii), delivery is only available via commercial courier and is not eligible for this tax exemption.
How soon will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location. Standard international delivery typically takes 15-30 days. Please be aware that occasional customs inspections may add an additional 10-25 days to this timeframe. However, if your order qualifies for our "Hidden Shipping Bonus", it will be randomly upgraded to expedited shipping and may arrive in just about a week!
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time by entering this number at our official tracking partner: www.17track.net/en.
After-Sales Support
What should I do if my goods arrive damaged?
We package every miniature with the utmost care, but transit damage can occasionally occur. If your package arrives damaged, please ask the courier for a "proof of damage" certificate immediately. Take clear photos of both the damaged outer box and the broken product, and email them to service@aizulhomey.com. Our team will quickly provide a suitable resolution based on your situation.
I am missing an item from my order.
First, please thoroughly check all packing materials, as small miniatures are often carefully wrapped inside corners of the box. If an item is truly missing, please email us immediately. Every Aizulhomey package undergoes strict weight and photographic checks before leaving our warehouse, allowing us to quickly investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
